If your Rx 330 has water or condensation / moisture build up every time it rains or going through car wash, most likely is the cause of a headlight bulb incorrectly installed, therefore the rubber boot doesn't seal up the headlight completely and allow moisture to get in.
Correction: Bring to dealership to air blow out the moisture and properly install the headlight bulbs. There are cases where the headlight housing seals are bad and a new headlight assembly is required to fix the problem.
